As of the 10th July Cristiano Ronaldo is a Juventus player. Juventus have got their man by breaking the clubs transfer record, £99.2 million. Real Madrid bought Ronaldo from Manchester United back in 2009 for a then world record transfer fee of £80 million meaning Real Madrid have managed to make a profit from a 33-year-old which is remarkable even if it is Ronaldo. Jorge Mendes, Ronaldo's agent, stated that his client will retire after his contract at Juventus is finished in four years' time. This move to Serie A by Ronaldo will determine if he really is the greatest of all time. If Ronald can be successful in his time at the Italian giants he will have dominated arguably the three best leagues in the world, Premier League, La Liga and Seire A.
